Last Saturday Wheeler Paul Heggie rode the Yorkshire Cycling Federation Open 50 mile Time Trial on an undulating course between Boroughbridge and Kirk Deighton on the old A1. His time of 2h 27m 13s set a new benchmark for the distance at 67 years old.
On Tuesday in the 2nd of four 5 mile Time Trials at Thurgoland fastest was Wheeler Trevor Mayne in 12m 15s.
