Last Sunday Birdwell Wheelers two winter training rides set off from Brewers Fayre Wombwell.
The A group of Dave Hudson, Robert Parkes, Chris Jenkins, Philip Stewart Adams and Austin Watson rode a 50 mile loop to the Windmills above Millhouse Green.

Rodger Holmes rode a solo 35 mile route to Oldcotes.
The club’s monthly meeting is tonight (Friday 14th) at 7:30pm at the Birdwell Community Centre Rockingham Street, Birdwell. Prospective members are welcome.
This Sunday’s ride is a short loop to the Bulrush Café at Barnbrugh for the club’s annual Christmas dinner. Meet at Brewers Fayre Wombwell at 9:15am.
