Last Saturday saw Wheeler Paul Heggie ride his first 25 mile Time Trial of the season. The Sheffrec CC event took place at Hatfield Woodhouse and Heggie recorded a time of 1h 6m 42s placing him 23rd of 26 finishers and 3rd in the 65-69 age group. His time also set a new club benchmark time at 68 years old.
Tuesday saw the first club event of the season on a 15km circuit at Thurnscoe. Fastest on the night was Martin Nelson from Out of the Saddle CC.
