Last weekend Wheelers Gavin Phoenix and Trevor Mayne rode the iconic Hill Climb from Edale up to Mam Tor in the Peak District. The 1.3 mile climb averages 10% with steeper ramps in parts. Phoenix finished in 9m 6.7 s placing 40^th while Mayne just managed to break 11 minutes finishing in 10m 59.9s.

This Saturday Phoenix continued his hill climb season by riding the Jackson Bridge Hill Climb another 1 mile climb averaging 11% with ramps of 15%. His time of 6m 24.0s placed him 30^th and 5^th in the Veteran (over 40) category.
