Last Sunday saw Wheeler Trevor Mayne setting off early for an 8:10 start from Crathorne ,Teeside
in the Cleveland Coureurs 25 mile Open Time Trial on an out and back course on the A19 to Knayton.
The event which was postponed from earlier in the year due to bad weather saw Olympian Adam Duggleby fastest in 47m 47s. Mayne’s 13th place from 42 finishers in a time of 56m 48s set a new club age record at 59 years old. He also placed 8th of 27 on age handicap.

Sunday’s club ride meets at 9am at Brewers Fayre Wombwell. Visitors are welcome.
